Joan & I send our deepest condolences to the Poarch and Axe family, along with the joy of knowing Joan has joined Bennie, many of her family members, and countless Axe members in heaven with her Lord Jesus. What a wonderful woman of God and a true champion of life . . . a life well lived spreading the joy God can give a person in the midst of great loss and extreme heartbreak. I never, ever saw her without a smile on her face and joy in her heart. She truly was, and continues to be, an incredible inspiration to me. If you ever wanted to see a true example of “the joy of the Lord is my strength”, look no further than the life of Joan Poarch. With tears in our eyes, but joy in our hearts, we already miss you!
